All Levels Yoga is open to everyone! Postures are introduced in a step-by-step method, with focus on proper alignment and muscular engagement. You'll have plenty of options to increase (or decrease) your own level of intensity along the way.
Power Yoga are faster-paced and guaranteed to make you sweat! The full spectrum class includes warm-up, standing and balance postures, backbends and twists, and perhaps an arm balance or two. Then you'll wind down with cooling postures and enjoy a short and sweet savasana.
Yoga at Work
Would you like to bring the benefit of yoga to your workplace? Yoga in the workplace provides a substantial health and wellness benefit to employees and has been shown to improve overall company culture. I am happy to work with you to provide yoga classes at your workplace be it for a one time special event or regularly occurring class. I've introduced Yoga at Work classes to various environmens including political offices, private consultancy companies, schools, and government agencies.
Yoga At Work offers a blend of fundamental yoga movements that seek to balance the tension that often builds in the body in an office environment. Each class is unique, though all classes focus on poses that relieve tightness in joints and promote spinal health. Classes include simple mindfulness techniques and breathing exercises to reduce stress and promote overall wellness. The aim is simple – feel good and better after every yoga class. No prior yoga experience necessary. Class will be modified to be safe, fun and approachable for all levels and abilities. Please bring a yoga mat and wear clothes that allow for easy movement.

The New Mom - Let me support you in your postpartum period. I will come to you and create a personalized program with focus on pelvic floor health, safe core strengthening, opening chest and shoulders from all your baby cradling, overall strength and stretch, and best practices for what to do and not do as you venture out to group classes. Our sessions will bring in elements of yoga and general fitness.

The Brand New Yogi - I often work one on one with clients for a short period of time that have never taken a yoga class and who want to learn some yoga basics prior to attending group classes. Private instruction is a great way to set a safe, confident foundation that will aide you in working at home alone or in public group classes.
The Ouch That Hurts Yogi - It's hard for a teacher to slow down and nurture each individual's aches and pains in a group class, but when we work one on one every session is exactly what you need. Whether its a persistant pain or a specific injury/illness we will work to relieve your pain.
The Flatlined Yogi - I have a blast working towards break through poses with my clients. Stephanie had been attending regular yoga classes for a few years, but came to me because she really wanted a steady forearm stand - something that had alluded her. Stephanie gained not only had the strength and openness for forearm stand, but the confidence to make a life boosting change.
The Self Care Yogi - Private yoga instruction is a wonderful gift to self or to a loved one. I create sustainable practices to support your everyday living. No specific pain or classification needed.
