Yoginis it is time to get to know your pelvic floor and core in a whole new way. In this workshop you will learn visualizations and practices to move you towards a healthier pelvic floor and core. The workshop will be especially helpful for post partum women (at any age/stage) and women with chronic or occasional incontinence, pelvic pain, a weak core, diastasis recti, chronic low back or hip pain. So…most of us. It’ll be a whole lot more than kegels. This workshop is suitable for all women. No prior yoga experience necessary.
