Yoga Conditioning is a three-in-one workout that combines the best of yoga with specialized cardio blasts and strength training intervals to challenge your body and stimulate your mind. This class was born from Betsy's love of multi-model movement and provides the basis for a healthy, fit and happy lifestyle. Yoga conditioning is perfect for the mainstay yogi looking to increase cardio and build strength. The blended class is also a great fit for athletes that love running and/or strength training and need just that extra touch of stretch. All levels welcome.
