Betsy teaches a weekly Yoga Enrichment Class for Wise Little Owls Aftercare program (2nd-4th Graders).
All Levels Yoga is a monthly community class taught by Betsy via Christ Church Capitol Hill. The free class is held the 4th Thursday of each month. All are welcomed.
