Love Your Core is a four-week series. The core yoga series utilizes breath work (5 min class), yoga poses (30 min class), and functional training methods (10 min class) to build belly and pelvic floor strength, stability, and tone. The progressively paced course includes modifications and variations throughout.

HATHA YOGA - 60 Minutes

Peak pose, all levels format. Yoga blocks and straps often used.

YOGA SCULPT - 45 Minutes

Yoga and fitness join in this dynamic practice. 3-10 pound weights recommended.

YOGA STRETCH - 30 & 60 Minutes

Slow down with these stretch focused practices. Find 30 & 60 minute classes.

7 DAY YOGA SCULPT SERIES - 25 Minutes

(Re)invigorate your yoga practice with the 7 Day Yoga Sculpt series. Add consistency & creativity as well as strength & stretch to your routine. Classes 1-5 are 25 minutes in duration. Day 6 is your rest day (7 minute meditation). Cap off your week with the 45 minute full body practice.
