Triple B stands for Betsy’s Barefoot Bootcamp. This is a 45 minute class that fuses traditional yoga poses with other fitness modalities. Bootcamp is meant to be playful, not scary. Expect repetition of movement and options for both low and high impact movements. Each week’s triple B class will follow the pose focus from Level Up class so if our Level Up pose is Crane Pose you’ll see the mechanics break down in Level Up and then we’ll focus on specific ways to increase our core and arm strength in Triple B.
I recommend having a light (2-5 lbs) and a medium (5-10 lbs) set of dumb bells accessible for Triple B, though extra weights are not absolutely necessary.
