Triple B stands for Betsy’s Barefoot Bootcamp. This is a 45 minute class that fuses traditional yoga poses with other fitness modalities. Bootcamp is meant to be playful, not scary. Expect repetition of movement and options for both low and high impact movements.
Recommended Props: A light (2-3 lbs) and a medium (5 lbs) set of dumb bells.
