Workshop: Intro to Yoga Trapeze (Adults)
Yoga Trapeze class incorporates traditional yoga asana, breathwork, and relaxation but is based around our YogaBody-style yoga trapeze rigs. Practicing on the suspension rigs allow us to build core strength, functional upper body strength, and balance while we explore postures in different relationships to gravity and cultivate mindfulness and relaxation. Intro to Yoga Trapeze is an orientation class. Students will learn parts of the rig, vocabulary, how to come in and out of positions safely, and the core positions of a Yoga Trapeze practices so they can confidently join an ongoing class.
Class is limited to a maximum of ten (10) students.
